Terms and Conditions for Happy Forest Studio

1. Introduction

Welcome to Happy Forest Studio. By enrolling in our art classes (hereinafter referred to as the "Class"), you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

 

2. Booking and Payment

  • Enrollment: Bookings must be made online through our official website. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a completed registration form.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Participant Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing (via email) at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the Class. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Class will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Class Cancellations: Happy Forest Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

 

4. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Timeliness: Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in missing essential instructions, and instructors may not be able to provide catch-up sessions.

  • Absences: If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please inform us as soon as possible. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

5. Materials and Equipment

  • Provided Materials: Happy Forest Studio will supply all necessary art materials and equipment for the Class unless otherwise specified.

  • Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Happy Forest Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the Class.

 

6. Conduct

  • Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Class without a refund.

 

7. Health and Safety

  • Allergies and Medical Conditions: Participants should inform Happy Forest Studio of any relevant allergies or medical conditions prior to the Class.

  • Safety Procedures: Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Happy Forest Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety guidelines.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Artwork: Participants retain ownership of any artwork they create during the Class. However, Happy Forest Studio reserves the right to photograph and use images of the artwork for promotional purposes, unless a participant explicitly requests otherwise.

 

9. Privacy

  • Personal Information: Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

10. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: Happy Forest Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

By enrolling in the Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
